Application Process

Submit Your Application

Email speak@cryptomondaysws.com with your name, title, company, proposed topic (2–3 sentences), preferred format, and a link to a previous talk or bio.

Programming Committee Review

Our team reviews all submissions within 5–7 business days. We assess relevance, speaker credentials, and novelty of perspective. All applicants receive a response.

Content Alignment Call

Accepted speakers join a 20-minute call to align on framing, key messages, and audience expectations. We help refine the narrative for maximum impact.

Slide Submission

Final slide deck (if applicable) submitted 72 hours before the event. Format: 16:9 PDF or PPTX. Template provided upon acceptance.

Speak & Network

Arrive 30 minutes before doors open. Speakers receive complimentary access, event recording, and an introduction to our institutional network.

CryptoMondays Wall Street maintains a rigorous standard of professional conduct. Speakers are expected to uphold these principles at all times:

  • warning No price predictions, investment advice, or financial recommendations from the stage
  • warning No misleading claims about protocol capabilities, partnerships, or metrics
  • warning Disclose any conflicts of interest relevant to your talk at the outset
  • warning Respect the Q&A moderator's time boundaries and judgment
  • warning Promotional content must be agreed upon in advance with our team
  • check_circle Violations may result in removal from the stage and disqualification from future events
